Ready to ship pieces are dispatched within 1-3 working days.
I ship to the UK, Europe and Worldwide. Your shipping options will come up at check out for you to choose. If your country is not there, please get in touch and I would be happy to help.
If the piece is made to order please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for the item to be made.
If you need a piece by a specific date, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate.
Ready to ship pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery for refund or exchange. Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.
Bespoke and custom-made pieces are non-refundable, as they are made especially for you.
If you would like to arrange a return, please get in touch and I will send you a returns label. The cost of the return shipping will be taken off the refund amount.
I have a registered hallmark with the Birmingham Assay Office. All my silver pieces over 7gs, and all my gold pieces are hallmarked.
To keep your jewellery looking its best:
Store pieces in a dry place - ideally in their pouch or box.
Avoid contact with chemicals, lotions and perfumes.
Remove jewellery before swimming, showering or exercising.
Silver naturally oxidises - use a silver polishing cloth to bring back it’s shine.
Gold vermeil is a thick layer of 18 carat gold plate over solid sterling silver.
It is a beautiful, more durable alternative to standard gold platingm offering the look and feel of gold while keeping pieces more accessible. As the layer of gold is much thicker, it lasts much longer than traditional plating if looked after well.
It depends entirely on the piece. I offer free consultations and quotes so please get in touch and I would be happy to discuss your project with you.
